View Published Collections
The API Collections page in API Manager lists every collection in the workspace, published or not. Use it to confirm what consumers can currently reach, and to find a collection's OpenAPI specification.
Find a collection
Open API Manager > API Collections. Each collection shows its status, its endpoints, and who created and published it.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Collection Name | The collection's name. Select it to open the collection. |
| Endpoints | How many endpoints the collection exposes. |
| Created by / Created on | Who defined the collection, and when. |
| Published by / Published at | Who last published it, and when. Empty if it has never been published. |
Read the status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| PUBLISHED | Consumers can reach the collection's endpoints through API Manager. |
| NOT PUBLISHED | The collection exists but is not available to consumers. |
A collection shows NOT PUBLISHED either because it has never been published, or because it was created and saved without publishing. Updating a published collection does not change its status — it continues serving its last published state until you republish.
Open the OpenAPI specification
Select a published collection, then open its OpenAPI Specification to see the contract consumers receive. Use Download to save it, or Copy path to copy an endpoint path.
