Administering Engage
Everything under Settings > Organisation and Settings > Account is administration: the people, groups, and tenants that make up an Engage organisation, and the sign-on rules that apply to them. None of it changes what an integration records; all of it decides who can see and act on what is recorded.
Most of these pages need an organisation member with an administrator role. A tenant user sees a narrower version of each screen, and each page says where.

Where to start
A new organisation is set up in this order: invite members, then group them into teams if permissions are easier to manage that way, then invite tenants and provision applications to them. Channels and single sign-on can wait until the first alert definition or the first identity-provider request.
