Monitoring Deployments and Channels
The Deployments page is the operational inventory for published workflow versions. Use it to check deployment state, inspect trigger configuration, open a workflow test, and understand the channels through which integrations are currently running.
Before you begin
You need permission to view Development or Production deployments. The environment selector only shows environments that you can access.
Review deployment health
- Open Deployments from the Studio navigation.
- Select Development or Production.
- Use the summary cards to filter the table by Deployed Workflow, Active, Pending approval, Inactive, or Rejected.
- Search or filter the table to locate an application, workflow, version, or trigger.
- Select a deployment to open its details.
The details panel includes the deployed version, status, endpoint or trigger configuration, and actions available for your role. Trigger icons distinguish HTTP, webhook, schedule, messaging, batch, and custom entry points.
Work with a deployed workflow
Depending on the workflow type, environment, status, and your permissions, you can:
- copy a public or secured endpoint;
- open the integrated test page;
- inspect a schedule, including its CRON expression and next execution;
- inspect messaging trigger configuration;
- activate, deactivate, approve, reject, promote, or remove a deployment.
Production changes can require approval. If an action is unavailable, verify the selected environment, deployment state, and your workspace permissions before changing the workflow itself.
Monitor channels
The channel view groups operational entry and exit points into:
- Inbound — destinations & routes for HTTP, webhook, messaging, and similar inbound traffic;
- Outbound — connections for systems called by workflows;
- Schedules & triggers for time-based execution.
Use the KPI strip and filters to identify active, failing, or recently used channels. Select a channel to inspect its properties and recent events.
Channel details vary by type:
| Channel type | Available evidence |
|---|---|
| HTTP or webhook | Requests, status, duration, tags, and trace links |
| Messaging | Direction, destination details, recent messages, redelivery, and trace links |
| Schedule | CRON expression, last-seen time, and execution history |
| File or polling | Mailbox or path, poll cycles, result, cycle time, and trace links |
Select View trace to move from a channel event to the full workflow execution trace.
Monitor work in progress
Use Running now to find workflows that are still executing. Search by workflow name and open a partial trace to see the spans available so far. Refresh the view if an execution has completed but still appears as active.
Managed resources
If the Managed Resources tab is enabled, use it to deploy environment-specific connections from Library resource templates. See Managed Resources for the creation and lifecycle workflow.
Troubleshooting
- No deployments appear: confirm the environment and clear active status filters.
- Test is unavailable: only supported deployed workflow types expose the integrated test action.
- Channel data is empty: execute the integration, widen the time range, and confirm observability access for the selected environment.
- An operation is disabled: check whether the deployment is awaiting approval or whether your role has only view permission.
