Certificate Expiry
The certificate list shows when each resource expires and flags certificates that are close to expiring or already expired, so you can replace them before workflows fail.
Expiry in the list
Select Settings > Workspace > Keys & Certs. The Expiry column shows a date for each resource. This is the earliest expiry among its active certificates that have not been superseded. The date is shown in your time zone. A resource with no usable date shows ---.
Next to the date, a badge can appear:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Expiring soon | The certificate is inside the warning window. |
| Expired | The expiry date has passed. |
| No badge | The certificate is not close to expiry, or the server returned no expiry state. |
Studio does not calculate the badge. The server works it out against the warning window your deployment is configured with, and Studio shows the result.
Open a resource to see the same date and badge for each certificate on the Certificates tab, in the Expiry Date column.
Sort by expiry
Select the Expiry column header to sort. The first selection puts the soonest expiry first. Select it again to put the latest first. Resources with no expiry date always sort last, in either direction.
Expiry notifications
Studio displays certificate expiry notifications, both "expiring" and "expired", in the notification feed. The message gives the certificate name and its expiry time, converted to your time zone. The notification can link straight to Keys & Certs.
If you do not receive these notifications, ask your administrator whether they are turned on for your environment.
